The Booking Forms must be completed in details and sent to our office at least 10 days before the trip departure date

Your passport must be valid at least for 6 months at the time of arrival.

We are not responsible for any flight delays. However, we would do our best to support you

In Egypt, our ports of departure / arrival are Hurghada and Port Ghalib. Port Sudan for Sudan based itineraries. Please confirm the departure / arrival port for your booked trip. We reserve the rights to change the ports for unforeseen situations

We can provide return transfers from and to the airport. This service must be confirmed in advance. Our representatives will be waiting at the airport terminal to assist you as needed

Transfer times between airports and ports:

Hurghada airport to Hurghada port around 15 mins
Hurghada airport to Port Ghaleb around 3 hrs.
Marsa Alam airport to Port Ghaleb around 15 mins
Port Sudan airport to Port Sudan around 20 mins

Check in is at 6pm on the agreed arrival day and out at 11am on the day of agreed departure

The yacht will enter the port before sunset, a day before your departure date. The staff will provide you with all the details related to your return journey. You will also have enough time to wash, dry and pack your equipment. Please feel free to ask the staff for any support

The first and last nights of the trip are spent either onboard in port or at the agreed hotels

Any outstanding dues must be cleared on the day of departure and preferably in cash

Last dive of the safari is usually around mid day on the day before departure, for safety reasons, you should consider 24 hrs before your flight home

Once all guests are onboard, your dive guide will give a full briefing about the boat, your cabin, the staff and procedures related to your safety and pleasure

All cabins are airconditioned and with en-suite bathrooms

Shoes are not allowed on board; they will be stored away for you at the time of onboarding and returned by the time of departure

Spacious dedicated areas for dining, socialising, dive preparation, relaxing and sunbathing

Smoking is only allowed in certain outdoor areas and strictly prohibited indoors

Three tasty and well-planned meals served through the day. Most food allergies are taken into consideration in meal planning and preparation. It is your responsibility to inform us about any potential allergies you may have

A refillable water bottle will be given to you to use during your stay and to keep when you go back home

Big and small towels are provided to use onboard, they will be changed once in the middle of the trip

The temperature in summer can be high; it is recommended to bring hats, sunglasses and sunscreens (environment-friendly products are advised). Nights could be cold during winter; beanies and warm clothes are highly recommended

Diving certification and experience are required for your safety, to be presented for local authorities and for us to plan the dives

Each diver will be assigned with a dedicated spot for the tank and a station to store your dive equipment for the whole duration

Dive instructors are available on board if you would like to begin your diving journey or if you are already certified and wanting to continue your education

The Medical Statement Form must be completed before the first dive. If the answer is yes to any of the questions, the guest must present a medical report confirming his / her fitness for diving

For the southern Egyptian and Sudan itineraries, a minimum of 30 logged dives is highly recommended. And the last dive should be within a maximum of 6 months before the trip

Our dive guides have the rights to exclude divers from certain dives during the trip or change routes based on certification and experience
levels. That is to ensure everyone's' safety

For safety, we conduct the last dive of our trip around midday the before departure. You should consider waiting for 24 hours without diving before flying

Tipping staff is not compulsory. If you had a great experience and would like to show your appreciation to the team; the dive guide will be collecting at the end of the trip. The final amount will be fairly distributed to the crew onboard. Average tip amount per person is EUR 70. It is common to do so, though, it is not compulsory
